We love EARLY communication! Should you have questions or concerns outside an appointment, the sooner we are aware of your need, the
better job we will do in meeting it. Whenever possible, please contact our office early in the day.
Our ability to successfully meet your child’s
needs is compromised if we hear from you at the end of our patient care day. We
utilize a phone system which permits you to swiftly select the option which best meets your needs: same day appointment, phone advice, future appointments, business office, and so on.
APPOINTMENTS
At San Benito Pediatrics, we take care to schedule your child’s appointments
in a fashion that assures we provide the best possible health care. Please arrive
on time, with your child’s insurance card. Patients arriving 15
or more minutes late have missed their appointment, and must reschedule. If
your child is ill, we will always seek to accommodate you the same day if at all possible.
Because of the care we take to properly schedule appointments, please
contact us at least 24-hours’ advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive your call.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Patients who cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice
or arrive 15 or more minutes late or simply do not arrive at all do incur
a $50 missed appointment charge. Naturally, we understand that a true emergency may at
times arise and in such instances no fee is charged. Otherwise, this fee must
be paid in order to reschedule the appointment. Behavioral Management Program appointments
cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice (3 days) incur a $100 missed appointment charge.
