Pediatrics is the medical specialty dedicated to the care of patients from birth to young adulthood. SBP provides
care to patients from infancy, through childhood and adolescence--usually to a maximum age of 23 years.
Dr. Bruce Yager and his associates are specialists in health promotion and preventive health care as well
as pediatric medical diagnosis and treatment, including acute and chronic disease management.
We ask that new patient families first review this website in order to assure that SBP is a good fit for their needs.
We then ask that you complete our application and registration packet, available for pick up at our office between 12.30pm
and 1.30pm daily. Once you return the packet, we will contact you regarding next steps. Links to the
left, or below, provide access to information on our staff, services and policies.

Joining the Practice
We welcome new patients!
In order to join the San Benito Pediatrics family, we ask that you please
- click the link to the right to take a Virtual Tour
- review all pages and materials for which links are provided on this page in order to assure that our
practice is a good "fit" for your child and family
- assure that your insurer, if any, reflects Bruce Yager, MD as a contracted provider (or: Nelson Bruce
Yager, II, MD or N. Bruce Yager, II, MD)
- Families may pick up New Patient Application Packets Monday through Friday at our office between
12.30 and 1.30pm daily. (Please do NOT come or call at other times).
- Complete all new patient application materials and provide them to our office to permit us to schedule
needed care. We will call you for a new patient application phone interview. See our Home page for more information.

Drop by our office to pick up a packet between 12.30 and 1.30pm daily; you may borrow an IPAD to review the website, as
needed. Depending upon your timeframe and health care need, either bring, drop off or mail the forms to our office.
This lets us review your child's health care needs, request medical records, and conduct a screening interview.
